3. Services Provided

Kangaroo Portraits specializes in portrait photography, including but not limited to family, pet, and individual portraits and School Portraits. The services available will be described in detail on the website or agreed upon in your service contract.

4. Booking and Payments

Booking: All bookings for photography sessions must be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of [Amount] is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 10 Days before your scheduled session. Failing to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

5. Copyright and Usage

All photographs taken by Kangaroo Portraits are the intellectual property of Kangaroo Portraits. Upon final payment, you will be granted a license to use the images for personal use only. Commercial use, redistribution, or alteration of images without prior consent is prohibited.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

We do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you're unsatisfied with the final product, please contact us within 14 days to discuss a resolution.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they arrive at the photography session on time and fully prepared. Any delays or last-minute changes may impact the outcome of the session and are not the responsibility of Kangaroo Portraits.

8. Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered within 2 -3 weeks after the session via our gallery portal. All requests for additional editing beyond what is agreed upon may incur additional fees.

9. Liability

While we strive to provide a professional and safe environment during photoshoots, Kangaroo Portraits shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and services signifies your acceptance of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia.
